Complete double-side grinding production line
We supplied a European magnet factory with a full line — through-feed double-side grinders, CNC reciprocating verticality grinders and CNC chamfering machines — designed around their process: automatic loading, six-side grinding, chamfering and material handling. The result: an orderly workshop and a marked increase in processing efficiency.
Full magnet post-processing automation
A long-standing grinding-machine customer expanded into our post-processing automation: adhesive and de-gluing machines, add-shim magnetizers, printing alignment, feeding and sorting systems. Automation reduced labour, raised efficiency and — critically — minimised surface impact damage, improving overall product quality.
