This device employs a dual-channel design, comprising one magnetic plate channel and one gasket channel. Through its mechanical structure, the magnetic plates and gaskets are sequentially stacked and placed into a specially designed tube, thereby reducing labor costs and automating relatively complex manufacturing processes.One operator simply needs to place the product into the storage funnel, followed by operations through the shaking tray feeding mechanism, material conveying system, robotic sheet stacking unit, and packaging collection system to assemble the finished product. The device is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and features a human-machine interface touch screen for real-time monitoring of various parameters and rapid parameter adjustment. It includes sensors to detect mechanical failures, with a pre-installed spray coding mechanism bracket ensuring high compatibility.
