Product Description
This equipment was specifically developed by our company for grinding block surfaces to ensure verticality, featuring high precision, excellent efficiency, user-friendly operation, and easy maintenance.
The main grinding head motor employs a 22 kW three-phase asynchronous motor with flexible speed-ratio transmission, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The grinding feed system features a high-precision lead screw design with automatic servo feeding capability, enabling a feed rate of up to 0.01 mm per cycle. The material feeding system utilizes a hydraulic clamping mechanism combined with a sprocket-chain reciprocating mechanism, offering simple operation, easy maintenance, and guaranteed precision. The spindle housing of the M7660WF-SK main grinding head is equipped exclusively with imported Japanese "NSK" bearings, while its feed mechanism utilizes parallel rectangular sliding rails and ball screw pairs.
