Product Description
This grinding machine is an equipment developed by our company for grinding square materials, featuring high precision, efficiency, simple operation, and easy maintenance. The main grinding head motor employs a 11KW three-phase asynchronous motor with flexible speed ratio transmission, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The M7640B-SK spindle head spindle box is fully equipped with NSK bearings certified by Japan's "JIS" quality control standards, guaranteeing excellent stability. A special dovetail groove structure ensures product stability during processing. The feed system utilizes a high-precision worm gear screw elevator combined with a precision reducer and servo motor for electronically controlled feeding, with a single-feed capability of 0.01mm. The system is PLC-controlled for easy circuit maintenance. A human-machine interface touchscreen allows real-time monitoring of various data and rapid parameter adjustments, while sensors monitor mechanical failures.
